I'm always honored when someone I already care about asks me to photograph their big day!
I've known Deb for quite a few years. I have photographed her whole family, as well as one of her daughters' weddings and am good friends with her second daughter. Deb has joined us on four wheeling trips, helped me get a job and did paperwork on a loan. When she became engaged it didn't take long for her to ask me to photograph their wedding.
I first met Tim at Westwood Cafe when we met to talk about how I work during engagement photos and while capturing their celebration. It was instantly apparent how much they cared for each other and how much Tim loved and enjoyed taking care of Deb. Not to mention how organized and excited Tim was! Grooms take note.
We photographed Tim and Deb's engagement session at Tim's sister's immaculate horse estate, complete with water features, a walking bridge, gorgeous landscaping and a two story front porch. (Unfortunately I have not blogged their engagement photos.)
Their wedding day in early September was the most beautiful day you could ask for. Their ceremony and photos were held at Eagle Lake Lutheran Church in Willmar, Minnesota. Outdoor couples portraits are my favorite!! We all closed out the night with their reception at the American Legion Post #545 in Spicer, Minnesota. Check out those spectacular yellow cupcakes and adorable Bride-Groom cake both created by Cold Spring Bakery.
