This was a lucky shot for me. I was taking aurora shots on the beach and in the way back to my car I stopped to see if I could get an aurora shot with the lighthouse. I had to wait for the motion light to go off. Now there is a light that is on all the time behind the lighthouse so this shot can not be obtained anymore. This is the lighthouse at the end of Old Mission Peninsula near Traverse City, Michigan.
